Solution Architecture & Design:

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Oracle FlexCube solutions, focusing on corporate lending and trade finance.
Define the architectural framework, ensuring scalability, performance, and security across FlexCube implementations.
Create detailed solution blueprints and roadmaps, identifying system dependencies, technical challenges, and integration points with other banking platforms.
Design data models, APIs, and microservices to support corporate lending and trade finance operations, optimizing for flexibility and future growth.

Technical Leadership & Innovation:

Stay updated on FlexCube advancements and industry trends to incorporate the latest technologies and practices into solution design.
Act as a thought leader within the organization, guiding the technical teams on best practices for FlexCube implementations.
Provide leadership in technology decisions, ensuring the chosen architecture supports long-term strategic goals.
Evaluate new tools and technologies that can enhance the FlexCube ecosystem and corporate lending capabilities.

Integration & Customization:

Design and oversee the integration of FlexCube with other banking systems (e. g. , risk management, treasury, compliance systems), ensuring seamless data flow and process consistency.
Develop strategies for customizing and extending the FlexCube platform to support unique business needs for corporate lending and trade finance.
Work closely with infrastructure teams to ensure optimal system performance, load balancing, and disaster recovery strategies.

Compliance & Security:

Ensure that the architecture meets global regulatory standards, including AML/KYC, Basel III, and other banking regulations.
Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to design secure solutions, ensuring data protection and compliance with PCI-DSS and other security standards.
Implement architectural frameworks that address risk management, regulatory reporting, and auditing requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration:

Engage with business stakeholders to understand corporate lending and trade finance requirements, translating them into technical solutions that meet business objectives.
Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and development teams to ensure architecture aligns with project goals and timelines.
Provide architectural mentorship and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Performance Optimization:

Lead performance tuning initiatives, identifying bottlenecks and designing solutions to ensure FlexCube meets the transaction volume and speed requirements for corporate lending and trade finance.
Implement monitoring and alerting systems to track performance and proactively address potential issues.

Key Requirements:
Education:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master s degree or relevant certifications (e. g. , Oracle FlexCube Architect certification) is a plus.

Experience:

8+ years of experience in designing and architecting solutions for Oracle FlexCube, with a strong focus on corporate lending and trade finance modules.
Proven track record of leading FlexCube implementations and integrations at large financial institutions.
Expertise in architecting complex banking solutions, including data modeling, API integration, and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and designing cloud-based solutions for financial institutions.

Technical Skills:

In-depth knowledge of Oracle FlexCube, including configuration, customization, and integration with other banking platforms.
Expertise in corporate lending, trade finance, and associated workflows and processes within FlexCube.
Proficiency in programming languages (e. g. , Java, PL/SQL) and technologies related to FlexCube development.
Experience with modern software development practices, including microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and API-led integration.
Strong understanding of database architecture, especially in financial systems (e. g. , Oracle DB).

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, particularly in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to successful completion.
