Job Description
- Conduct comprehensive credit evaluation of new and existing clients in the high yield private credit space.
- Identify potential risks and provide recommendations to mitigate them.
- End to end deal closure including finalization of the transaction structure, term sheet negotiation and legal documentation.
- Monitoring existing portfolio investments.
- Interacting with the company management on a periodic basis.
- Preparing internal/external notes/updates/presentations
- Work closely with internal & external stakeholders to support business goals
Ideal candidate background
- Strong experience in structured/high yield transactions including both opco/holdco structures.
- Minimum experience of 1-3 years in the relevant domain (including NBFCs/Credit AIFs).
- Qualifications in finance domain including CA/CFA/PGDM (Fin) is needed (preferably CA rankholders / 1st attempt passouts)
