Job Description
1. JOB DETAILS:
Position Title: Reliability Engineer- Sr. Executive/ Executive
Reports to: RMM
Department: Maintenance
Division: Support

2. JOB PURPOSE:
This position is responsible for day to day maintenance operation and ensure for the efficiency,
cost management, quality, safety, customer satisfaction, and innovation at stores
To provide maintenance support to all restaurants at Circle/Cluster level for smooth operation.

3. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Description Performance Indicators
Improve Store Efficiency and Maintenance
. Ensuring Preventive Maintenance of the equipment and machines . Achieve a maintenance response time for critical equipment issues-
. Break Down Analysis
. Ensuring Refrigeration Compliance
. Bike Maintenance
. Reduce unplanned equipment downtime through proactiv


Develop a High-Performing Maintenance Team
. Initiating tool box talk with the team and conduct monthly
training session for Technicians and Bike Mechanic to
improve their understanding of equipment maintenance and
Safety protocol
. Conduct regular performance evaluations for the
maintenance team and identify opportunities for skills
improvement
. Control on Absenteeism and Attrition

Engineering Initiatives
. Finding and implementing energy saving initiatives to
reduce electricity consumption
. Monitor/ control spend v/s contract on regular basis
. Regular monitoring of all consumables & spares to upkeep
of the inventory.
. To ensure the weight & measure licenses at all restaurants
in the circle

Safety and Compliance
. To ensure the weight & measure licences at all
restaurants in the circle
. Drive Safety Agenda in their Cluster
Spare Management
. Ensuring Bikes spare availability
. Regular monitoring of all consumables & spares to upkeep
of the inventory.

5. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
. Qualification Diploma/BE / B. Tech in Electrical/Mechanical
. Experience 2.5-5 years experience in the specialized Engineering FMCG / Retail / Services and Real
Estate industry.
