Relationship Manager.

Varthana is looking for Relationship Managers and Sales professionals to be a part of a dynamic, motivated, and highly productive Sales Team. The candidate would be required to identify schools and other educational institutions for taking loans and achieving business targets and handling the relationship with the client schools.

Roles & Responsibilities

• This is an individual contributor profile.
• Products are School loan (Secured) & Cross sale Educational Products (Unsecured).
• Lead generation would be done through open market sourcing.
• Per day traveling of up to 50-100 Kms everyday.
• Sufficient knowledge on secured loans (HL, Affordable LAP, LAP) is required.
• Target is, disbursement of 1 file every 10 days. (Secured or Unsecured).

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Preferably, candidate must have experience in / LAP / mortgage loans etc.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the secured loan field is mandatory.
• Must be open to travel.
• Must be holding a valid driving license.
