Position Title: Relationship Manager - Corporate
Key Requirement - Exp Handling Min Ticket Size of 50 Cr and Turnover of 500 Cr., Mid Corporate Group
Location: Delhi, Surat, Ludhiana, Indore and Ahmedabad
Job Overview:
The relationship Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients, managing existing relationships, structuring deals, and offering comprehensive credit solutions to mid-corporate clients. The role demands a deep understanding of financial products, market trends, and client needs to enhance the portfolio and meet budgetary targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
- Lead efforts to acquire new clients in the mid-corporate sector.
- Identify prospects and convert them into valuable business relationships.
- Expand business scope by adding Channel Partners and Direct Selling Agents.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and Channel Partners.
- Understand clients' financial goals, challenges, and opportunities.
- Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams within the corporate finance sector.
- Promote financial products and services to expand the client base.
Deal Structuring:
- Collaborate with clients to structure financial deals tailored to their specific needs.
- Prepare and present proposals to clients, ensuring alignment with their requirements.
Credit Solutions:
- Offer credit solutions, including working capital facilities, overdrafts, term loans, and other financial products.
- Assess creditworthiness and risk factors associated with clients to make informed decisions.
Portfolio Growth:
- Focus on portfolio growth by cross-selling financial products and services.
- Achieve budgetary targets for Net Interest Income (NII) and fee income.
Financial Analysis:
- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and market trends to assess client performance and risks.
- Develop insights to enhance client portfolios and drive business growth.
Compliance:
- Ensure strict compliance with all audit, regulatory, and company regulations, processes, and policies.
