Relationship Manager

• Responsible for branch productivity.

• Adherence to process, disbursement Collection etc

• Should have potential to take the initiative in building a growing customer base.

• Responsible for recruitment of relationship managers for particular branches.

• Responsible for managing Profit and loss of a branch.

• Responsible for individual Teams targets.

• Shall be responsible for sourcing, servicing, and disbursing the business and manage overdue collections.

• Taking care of Teams Productivity and business.

DESIRED SKILLS:
A graduate / P.G in any discipline.
Minimum 6 months to 5 year of experience LAP / Business loan.
Must have team handling Experience
