Position Summary

The AI/ML developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning and deep learning models to achieve business objectives.

The role includes analyzing large datasets, fine-tuning ML algorithms, building validation strategies, and creating metrics to measure performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Understand business objectives and develop AI/ML models to achieve them, with metrics to track their progress.

- Analyze ML algorithms and select the best-fit models for solving specific problems.

- Explore, visualize, and clean data to ensure data quality and integrity.

- Identify and leverage publicly available datasets for model training.

- Define data pre-processing techniques and feature engineering for datasets.

- Train and fine-tune ML models, optimizing hyperparameters for performance.

- Analyze model errors and design corrective strategies to improve accuracy.

- Validate models and implement strategies for deployment.

Knowledge & Skills :

AI/ML Algorithms : Proven ability to design, develop, and implement AI/ML algorithms.

Deep Learning Frameworks : Hands-on experience with at least 2-3 frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Microsoft Cognitive Toolkit, Horovod, Caffe, or TensorRT.

Programming Languages : Proficiency in at least 2 ML coding languages such as Python, R, Julia, or TensorFlow.

Development Tools : Experience with tools like Visual Studio Code, RStudio, Jupyter, PyCharm, or Anaconda.

ML/Data Science Tools : Proficiency in Azure ML SDK, XGBoost, Vowpal Wabbit, Weka, Rattle, LightGBM, or H2O.

Data Visualization : Experience with tools like Apache Drill, Tableau, Weka, or Rattle for data exploration and visualization.

Deep Learning & Analytics : Strong knowledge in Deep Learning, Pattern Recognition, and Text Analytics.

OCR Tools : Experience working with OCR tools such as Tesseract, ABBYY, or Nanonets.

Analytical & Mathematical Skills : Expertise in advanced analytics and big data technologies.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

- Certification in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Data Science is a plus.

Preferred Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Familiarity with cloud-based machine learning platforms (e.g, Azure, AWS, or GCP)
