Rein Games - Manager - Performance Marketing (3-4 yrs)

Job Summary:

Rein Games is seeking a proactive Performance Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our games. You will lead performance marketing campaigns, analyze key metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to fuel significant growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Campaign Management: Design and implement performance marketing strategies across Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads), Google Ads (including Universal App Campaigns), and affiliate networks to enhance user acquisition and retention.

- Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA, LTV) to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.

- Collaboration: Partner with game development and creative teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives.

- Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, proactively identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.

- Partner Management: Manage and optimize relationships with advertising networks, agencies, and affiliates to expand marketing reach.

- Budget Management: Oversee and allocate marketing budgets efficiently to achieve desired results.

Qualifications

- 3-4 years in performance marketing, with a focus on user acquisition and retention, preferably in the gaming industry.

- Demonstrated success managing campaigns on Meta, Google Ads (including Google Ads and Universal App Campaigns), and affiliate networks.

- Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights for campaign optimization.

- Familiarity with App Store Optimization strategies to enhance app visibility and conversion rates.

- Skilled in managing SMS, push notifications, and WhatsApp campaigns, with a solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies.

- MBA/Bachelor's in Marketing

- Knowledge of ad creative best practices for optimizing ad performance and user engagement.
