Regional Training Manager

Promoting the brand image of the SUD Life and implementing all initiatives of the Company

related to brand building exercises, as well as maintaining optimal & thriving relationships with all

the stakeholders

• Leading the Sales Training, learning and development initiatives in the entire region for BM/ABM,

BDM, AL, LA,POS

• Planning and implementing the training calendar of the entire region in consultation with Regional

Manager

• Collaborating closely with the Regional Managers and Branch Managers and implementing the

organization strategy

• Responsible for Agent LA and POSP PASS%
• Driving 0 -3 months Agent Activation, Agency Leader Activation and their successful launch
• Periodic tracking and reporting of the progress of Sales training, learning and development as per the set calendar
• Training Need analysis, conducting training sessions to empower sales
• Adherence to all IRDA regulations and keeping pace with changes in the regulatory

guidelines/framework for Life Insurance particularly for agency channel.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Minimum 6-7 years of relevant experience in Life insurance Agency training, facilitation, and

business delivery or 10 years of sales Exp in LI industry with interst in training .

Graduate from a reputed institute.Any certification in training will be be Prefered.

• Desired age: 28 to 40 years with an exception up to 42 years of age
• High proficiency in English, and regional languages of the region
• Proficiency in usage of IT applications for day-to-day work
• Very good execution, presentation skills
