Job Description
- Initial training of newly joined field staff in collaboration with Regional Medical Advisors Business HR
- Generate sales force assessment reports in the region
- Induction programs for newly joined field staff in collaboration with National Sales Training Manager
- Continuous evaluation and updating of training programmes where relevant
- Marinating a level of field working days in consultation with National Sales Training Manager
- Adopting people for specific training in the region
- Identifying selling skills training needs for field staff within the region
- Adopting markets to evaluate effectiveness of Training program in the region
- Field coaching and imparting specialist KOL management knowledge for field staff in the region
- Drive SFE at the region level by training the field staff on key SFE metrics
- Feedback on performance and Talent management of Sales professionals
- Aligning regional sales training objectives and needs with national sales training objectives
- Drive improvements in personal and team performance
- 1-2 years experience in Sales training (Nutrition / critical care / Medical device / Hospital selling)
- Minimum of 4-5 years of Field selling experience as Rep including minimum 2 years of experience as a 1st line sales Manager.
- Proven track records in organizing training and induction for all level of employees.
- Ability to identify the training needs.
- Good understanding of Sales Force and market.
- Ability to evaluate on Performance and Talent management of individuals in the region.
- Drive improvements in personal and team performance.
