MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for existing and new Key account sales & business development at Zonal / Regional level.
- Responsible for Key accounts management and Customer Relationship Management,
- Key Customer Satisfaction & Retention
- Responsible for Market Management.
- Forecasting monthly/ annual sales targets, & executing them in a given time-frame with accountability of profitability.
- Analyzing growth of key chains vis-a-vis our share in the Product category turnover and thereby provide corrective action plan for growth.
- Strategically aligning with Zonal teams and cascading the learning to the Zones & devising business growth accordingly.
- Periodic Review with the key Accounts and Channels.
- Creation and implementation of innovative promotions.
- Develop strategic relationships across the Key Accounts and build deep understanding of customer business.
- Create Account plans; build data base / Intelligence of Key Decision makers, end user.
- Responsible for the commercial performance and increase in share of wallet in assigned accounts.
- One point contact for escalations of customer and system issues.
- Cross functional collaboration with internal stake holders like Customer Service/ Supply Chain/ Technical Service and Leadership to Key Accounts objective and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with marketing team, MARCOM to execute Marketing and customer engagement activities like Webinars/ Demos/ Seminars/ meetings with Key Decision makers of the account.
- Adherence of Credit Control policies, achieving AR (collections)/ DSO targets
