Key skills for the job
Responsible for managing the complete people agenda for all Sales channels (Agency, Bancassurance, MAS etc.) in the region. Needs to develop the HR strategy and ensure effective implementation. In this role will need to develop and maintain a team of competent employees, create a high performance and positive work culture; develop the succession planning road map; manage improvement in Employee Satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent acquisition
o Develop the sourcing plan and deploy recruitment plan
oOptimise source mix and hiring cost
oEnsuring hiring within agreed TAT
oOn-boarding & Induction
oPre Joining & Post Joining Formalities
Performance Management
oCoordinate the implementation of Performance management processes for the channel
oAssist the business heads in making promotion decisions
oIdentify critical positions & suitable candidates for development
oOversee implementation of annual performance appraisal process
HR Operations
oProvide feedback on processes & enhancements required in order to ensure alignment of HR processes with business objectives
oEnsure alignment with all statutory requirements
Employee Relations
oMonitor investigation and action taken on Employee Grievances / Disciplinary issues, violation of ethical norms
oProvide coaching & counselling for own patch in order to build a motivated team; and ensure smooth & cordial relations.
oExit Management
oExit process including F&F
oControl Attrition
o Analytical skills & process orientation
o Strong presentation & communication skills
o Strong relationship, networking & negotiation skills
