Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Procurement & Operations Manager to join our team at our Saket office in New Delhi. This position is ideal for a professional with experience in purchasing natural stones or related hard goods and managing operational functions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Purchasing & Procurement: Oversee the procurement of granite and other natural stones from various factories across India.
• Negotiation & Pricing: Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices while maintaining quality standards.
• Order Management & Follow-up: Monitor orders and ensure timely delivery, working closely with the team for quality control.
• Vendor Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new vendors.
• Field Operations & Travel: Travel to suppliers locations for a week per month to meet suppliers and field staff, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: A Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
• Experience: 5-6 years of relevant experience in procurement and operations management, particularly in purchasing hard goods.
• Location Requirement: Only candidates from Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, and Faridabad will be considered, as the job is based in New Delhi (Saket).
• Industry Experience: Preferably, candidates with experience in natural stones or building construction will be preferred.
