About the Client:
A leading social news aggregator and online advertising platform.
Job Description:
Manage the day-to-day planning and operations to meet the service level components of a team of BMS whose primary responsibilities include:
- Distill relevant insights into recommendations for our clients (e.g., ad effectiveness results, 1st party performance data, creative designs, etc)
- Work across multiple, simultaneous projects to support Reddit's Marketing Science team in the delivery of projects, taking ownership of assigned project management tasks
- Support meeting logistics both internally and with clients (room setup - also digital-note taking, etc.)
- Assist in presenting insights, implications, and recommendations to our internal stakeholders
- Ability to learn and apply survey design principles to ad effectiveness measurement.
What will you Do?
Performance Management:
- Delivery of service level components, quality, and productivity targets & indicators for a particular market.
- Monitoring, coaching, and feedback, responsibility for delivery of the defined customer experience in every call.
- Being a focal point of dissemination of information for internal and external clients.
Operational Management:
- Managing the floor, and adherence to schedule.
- Ensure optimal productivity and utilization of resources.
- Oversee and review escalations and the escalations process.
- Ownership and problem resolution.
Leave Management:
- Ensuring the team is adequately staffed to handle projected volumes for the daily routine.
Reporting timely.
- Maintain employee performance records; track and report on performance outcomes.
Relationship Management:
- Build sustaining and productive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Team motivation.
- Provide team leadership and coaching.
- Provide recommendations for process development based on customer feedback and analysis of the same.
- Actively involved in hiring and training of representatives.
- Ensure strict adherence to policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.
- Upskill/groom team members.
- Maintain track of all pending/open items (internal and external) and ensure closure of the same in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Solid understanding of customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem.
- Comfortable with problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
- Understanding of Digital measurement, tracking fundamentals, and mobile measurement partners.
What will you need to Succeed?
- Skilled using Microsoft Office or G Suite (e.g. Macros; Pivot Tables)
- Proficient in handling, analyzing, and interpreting data in an insightful manner
- Is highly collaborative and adaptable with the ability to work effectively within different cultural and technical environments.
- Excellent critical thinking skills, problem-solving skills, organization, and time management skills and superior attention to detail
- Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills in order to comfortably connect with partners at all levels across the organization and facilitate discussions in a constructive manner.
- Enjoys actively looking for new and more efficient ways of improving processes, raising standards, reducing errors, and overcoming omissions.
- Knowledge of and experience writing surveys and conducting statistics is a plus.
- Basic understanding of mobile and web technologies and tools.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Brand Measurement Study/ Brand Lift Study
- Degree in Economics/ Statistics/ Mathematics or related fields
Must-Have Skills:
- Experience in digital marketing research on the research agency side (like Kantar, Nielsen, etc.) / media agency or at the publisher side.
- Experience in quantitative market research with knowledge of brand research, media measurement, and audience insights
- Must have worked on industry standard measurement tools like Brand Lift Studies, Ad effectiveness studies, and cross-media.
- Strong knowledge of statistics.
- General knowledge and understanding of media planning and measurement in the advertising and marketing field.
