Conduct thoroughneeds assessments to understand client requirements.
Configure andcustomize ERPNext modules (Finance, Manufacturing, CRM, etc.) to meet specificbusiness needs.
Develop andimplement data migration plans.
Train and supportclients on ERPNext functionalities.
Maintain a deepunderstanding of ERPNext best practices and stay updated on new features andreleases.

Qualifications:
Bachelordegreein business administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA in Financepreferred).
Minimum 0-3 yearsof experience in ERP implementation and configuration (ERPNext experience aplus).
Strongunderstanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
Experience withbusiness process analysis and reengineering.
Excellentanalytical and problem-solving skills.
Top-notchcommunication, written and verbal, with the ability to explain complextechnical concepts to non-technical users.
Ability to workindependently and as part of a team.
Excellent timemanagement and organizational skills.
