UI UX Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our consulting team. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in the field and a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our clients. You will work closely with our development and consulting teams to ensure that the user experience meets the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience
. Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to development
. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
. Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards

Requirements

- Proven UI/UX design experience
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Experience working in an agile development process
- Bachelors degree in design or related field
