Key skills for the job
Looking for someone with good experience in assisting the MD in coordination with the Stake Holders, business heads, New project, expansion, plan for meeting, business schedules, managing priorities the work based on the need.
Responsibilities :
- Should act a shadow to the MD on all the projects and assigned task. Should be trusted adviser who can be called on at any moment to provide support. This work includes:
- Internal and external communications
- Operational support
- Interacting with Board of Directors, Stake holders and business heads
- Prepare case study and reports to be presented.
- Prepare min of the meeting and compiling all the reports required as and when required.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve problems that may arise, using critical thinking and creativity.
- Scheduling: Manage the executive's calendar, schedule appointments, and meetings.
- Communication: Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Task Management: Prioritize and manage the executive's tasks, ensuring timely completion of projects and deadlines.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis on various topics, providing recommendations and insights to the executive.
- Meeting Planning: Coordinate and plan meetings, conferences, and events, including preparation of agendas, materials, and follow-up.
- Travel Arrangements: Ensure all necessary documents are prepared.
- Budgeting: Manage the executive's budget, track expenses, and prepare financial reports.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations for the executive.
- Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve problems that may arise, using critical thinking and creativity.
Position Experience and Qualification:
- Post Graduation in business management from tier 1 business school with atleast 3 to 6 years of relevant work experience as a Business assistant.
- Willing to relocate to Chennai HO.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- High-level discretion and professionalism
