Job Description
- Verify, coordinate, track and drive the overall delivery of programs to ensure expectations and Service Delivery commitments are met
- Participate in project related meetings as necessary and propose improvements if warranted
- Coordinate portions of project implementation with program managers and vendors
- Communicate regularly with vendors.
- Complete requests for security badging or other customer site access requirements
- Create and maintain templates and other content for project/ program specific needs
- Maintain data input from vendors into project management tool
- Create / maintain reports within project management tool
- Perform quality control of data on project management tool
- Improve current processes and delegate tasks to India team as applicable
- Support Project correspondences by preparing and reviewing material orders, maintenance cases, change orders, meeting minutes and emails
- Ownership of Project Administration/Validation activities
Job Requirements

Education and Experience
- AA/ BA/BS degree preferred
- 1-3 plus years of experience in a relevant field such as business operations, project management, energy Knowledge of basic project management skills.
- Knowledge of the following systems: Salesforce, Asana, Smartsheet, procore, Program management tool
- services, construction, energy installation, vendor management
- Familiar with LED lighting and HVAC technology is a plus
- Knowledge of the following systems: Excel, PPT, Microsoft Office suite
- Experienced with vendor management
- Experienced with order management
- Experience with documentation management
- Basic Business Writing
- Basic Customer Service Skills
- Basic presentation skills
- Experience Time management
