Focus sector: Financial Services (Banks, NBFCs, Fintechs)

Qualification: Post graduate / MBA from premier institute

Experience: Prior experience in management consulting for financial services sector shall be preferred

Job Profile:

- Effective in working with clients, across departments and seniority.

- Effective in understanding business needs and translating the information into business and technical requirements.

- Problem solving and analytical skill.

- Structured thinking and reasoning ability

- Comfortable working with complex and ambiguous business requirements and translating them into the design of solutions.

- Take ownership of workstreams / engagements and persist to ensure quality and timely deliverables.

- Knowledge/ Awareness about financial services sector

- Excellent verbal and written communication.

- Manage engagement delivery at high client satisfaction levels and identify follow-up opportunities with the same clients.

- Support / Lead business development, research, team building and internal firm initiatives.

- If an individual enjoys working with customers to help them succeed and exceeding customer expectations, this role may suit the aspiration.

- This role will require travel to customer locations.
