Sales Manager PET Flakes
The Sales Manager will lead and
manage the sales operations within the PET recycling industry, focusing on
building strong relationships with clients, meeting sales targets, and
expanding the companymarket presence.
This role will involve driving the
growth of the PET Flakes product line, identifying new business opportunities,
and ensuring the successful sales performance in the recycling market.
Responsibilities:
Create and implement effective sales strategies to
achieve business objectives and expand market presence.
Identify potential clients and business opportunities within
the PET Flakes market.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients,
ensuring their needs are met and fostering loyalty.
Conduct thorough market research to identify
emerging trends and target new business opportunities for PET Flakes.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions,
and other industry events to network and promote the brand.
Work closely with internal teams, including
production, logistics, and quality control, to ensure smooth and efficient
operations.
Provide feedback to internal teams regarding client
needs, market trends, and product requirements.
Maintain accurate sales data and generate regular
reports for management to track performance and inform decision-making.
Monitor sales KPIs and recommend improvements to
achieve better results .
Bachelordegree in Business Administration,
Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the
plastics recycling industry with a focus on PET Flakes.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales
targets.
Skills Required:
In-depth knowledge of the recycling
and plastics market.
Proficiency in CRM software and
Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to travel frequently for
client visits and business meetings.
