6. directing inquiries, handling basic administrative tasks like mail sorting, maintaining office tidiness, and ensuring a smooth flow of visitors within the office.
7. Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
8. Thorough knowledge of computer operations
9. Professional attitude and appearance
10. Solid written and verbal communication skills
11. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
12. Excellent organizational skills
13. Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum experience- 3-5 years as receptionist
