Rebel Foods - Associate Product Manager (3-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Product Strategy & Vision : Own the product roadmap, prioritizing features and improvements based on data, customer feedback, and business goals.

- Data-Driven Decision-Making : Use data analytics and customer insights to guide product decisions. Be comfortable with A/B testing, customer segmentation, and performance metrics.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with teams including design, engineering, and operations to bring product features to life.

- Customer Focus : Always advocate for the customer by deeply understanding their needs, pain points, and behaviors. Drive improvements in user experience.

- Project Management : Lead projects from conception through to delivery. Ensure on-time delivery while balancing quality and cost considerations.

- Market & Competitor Analysis : Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' products to ensure the company remains competitive.

- KPIs and Metrics : Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the product's success. Provide regular updates to leadership on product performance.

Qualifications :

- 3-5 years of experience in product management

- Proven experience making data-driven decisions and analyzing complex datasets.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and execute methodically.

- Familiarity with tools such as SQL, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working across teams and presenting to leadership.
