Product Strategy:Develop and articulate a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the organization's mission and supports youth development.Conduct market research to identify trends, user needs, and opportunities to enhance the product's features and functionality.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define product goals, objectives, and key performance indicators.Product Development:Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and testers, to translate requirements into actionable tasks.Prioritize features and enhancements based on impact, feasibility, and user feedback.User Experience (UX):Advocate for a user-centric approach, incorporating user feedback and usability testing into the product development process.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
Communication and Collaboration:Communicate product updates, progress, and milestones to internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop strategies for product promotion and user engagement.
Analytics and Iteration:Utilize analytics tools to track key product metrics and user behavior.Iterate on the product based on data-driven insights, user feedback, and changing market conditions.
Our Product Manager will need to have:4+ years of relevant work experience.Proven experience as a Product/ Program Manager, preferably in the technology sector or with digital products and services.
Strong understanding of youth development and the not-for-profit sector.
