Job Description

We are seeking a creative and motivated UI/UX Designer to join our team. This role is open to both fresh graduates and experienced designers who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for designing intuitive user interfaces and enhancing user experiences across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user needs and business goals.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts.
Design user interfaces that are visually appealing and user-friendly.
Ensure consistency in designs across all platforms and devices.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong portfolio showcasing your design work and process.
Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A passion for creating user-centered designs and a desire to learn and grow.
