Job Description
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team at Ready2UP. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications from front-end to back-end. You will work closely with our product development team to understand requirements, implement features, and ensure high-quality code delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Develop front-end components using modern web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.js or Angular.
- Design and implement scalable back-end solutions using technologies such as Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or similar.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to optimize performance and enhance user experience.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in software development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
- Proficiency in front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React.js or Angular.
- Strong understanding of back-end development technologies such as Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or similar.
- Experience with database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and ORM libraries.
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills and a positive attitude.
