React JS Developer

Summary:

1. Have you used React hooks, React Router, Redux state management, and performance optimizations in production applications within last one year.

2. Implementing Broken Authentication countermeasures and secure session management
3. Protecting against Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) attacks

5. In last two years have you leading a team of 2-3 developers while maintaining hands-on development responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:
• Design and develop secure, scalable, and maintainable software using Java, Spring Boot, React Js, Node.
• Work closely with senior developers and architects to understand and implement microservices architecture.
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, conducting thorough code reviews to maintain high code quality and promote best practices.
• Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to team members.
• Participate in Scrum and other Agile processes.
• Demonstrate strong discipline in commit practices and unit testing.
• Work effectively on both new development and maintenance of legacy code.

Required:

• 8+ years of experience hands-on experience in ReactJS, React- Hooks, Redux, Webpack.
• 12-15 years of experience in developing complex applications with Spring Boot Micro Service
• 12-15 years of experience in developing complex UI applications with Frontend end technology stack is a must

Qualifications:
• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 12-15 years of Full stack software development using Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, Node, Webpack.
• Practices and experience implementing secure communication protocols.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven experience in team leadership and mentoring.
