Job Description

The Senior SEO Project Manager creates and manages strategies to help websites rank higher on search engines like Google. This role involves planning, executing, and monitoring SEO projects to increase website traffic and visibility. The manager also collaborates with other teams (like content, design, and development) to ensure all SEO work aligns with company goals.
Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM - Saturday, Sunday fixed Off)

Responsibilities:

Exposure to US/International Clients (Preferred).
Digital Marketing Experience is a must with good Communication skills
Prior Experience in IT Projects Handling / Project Coordinator / Project Manager roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills to engage clients during calls and emails effectively.
Manage projects and establish productive, professional, and profitable relationships with key personnel and clients.
Coordinate with various departments within the organization to ensure seamless functioning of client accounts.
Responsible for client receivables and planning and execution of monthly retention.
Candidates with IT Project Management, WordPress, PHP Technical Skills Preferred.
Preferred Location: Noida.
Document all client requests and comments for timely feedback and follow-up actions.
Maintain a positive, get things done attitude, especially when faced with challenges.
Achieve strategic customer objectives and account plans defined by company management.
Good relationship building skills across internal and external stakeholders.
Sound computer skills, especially in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
Lead solution development efforts to best address customer needs, coordinating with necessary actions required and keeping the internal team updated.
Maintain a consistent schedule of online meetings with clients to manage performance objectives and assess customer needs.
