A. Position Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced and analytical Technology Product Manager to join our Credit Cards team and help develop product and capabilities on payment domain (in specific Credit Card) across the consumer life cycle (onboarding, acquisition, account management, customer service, LOS, LMS and digital channels like Mobile App, ChatBot, WhatsApp, Websites and others. The role is a bridge between technology and product where Product Manager is required to understand the new feature and work closely with technology team for a successful customer launch.

Position Responsibilities:

Sr. Key Responsibilities (Please mention all the responsibilities expected from the incumbent to perform)

1 Innovate and come up with new ways of profit generation via digital channels. Enhance Customer experience by creating low fidelity wireframes and high fidelity wireframes in collaboration with design team. As a Product Manager, candidate is required to create a business requirement document in partnership with product and other stakeholders.

2 Lead a team to manage digital channels - Mobile Application, WhatsApp, Chatbot and websites for credit card products and services

3 Own end to end customer experience on digital channels, including UX design, service alerts, business communications, complaints resolution

4 Product Manager will work to conduct UAT, initiate CUG testing and production movement. Sprint Management with multiple stakeholders and tracking a project plan with necessary deliverables.

5 Analyse & improve customer engagement on digital channels. Monitoring key metrics like MAU/DAU. Profitability and performance measurement for various apps and channels. Assess impact of new app versions.

6 Conduct research to identify emerging trends in credit card technologies or systems that may affect the industry or bank's market position

7 Bridge between technical, business and design teams. Inherently cross functional role. Need to work closely with stakeholders for requirement elicitation, gathering and documentation. Should be able to understand APIs and SDKs and their integrations

8 Target Organizations - Accenture, TCS, Fiserv, Attra or experience as techno product manager working in payment domains/Fintech/Banking organization.

Target roles - IT consulting

- Target PG education - Tier 1 B schools with coding experience before MBA and after B.Tech

- Experience/Exposure to UI/UX design and technology stacks across - AngularJS, Xamarin, Vue.js and frameworks like Swiftic, Flutter, Sencha

- DB Skills - Exposure to SQL programming, able to write queries to pull data across cuts. Comfortable with schemas, joins, nested queries

- We are looking for people who are enthusiastic developing digital customer journeys and have prior experience on technology and development. Experience around knowledge of as technical developer would be handy

B. Qualifications and Experience Requirement

Qualifications:

Essential - MBA / PGDM - with 7- 9 yr exp for Product management in B2C apps, startups with app role, tech consultants(with companies like Accenture/Infosys etc.) is preferred. Candidates from Banking industry having managed business support group functions may also be considered. Planning, UX design, Project Management, Agile methodologies

Experience:

Essential - Need strong product management experience of conceptualization of consumer facing mobile applications along with driving growth and usage.

- Open to non-banking candidates

- Working with startups in digital product management is a plus.

- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment while ensuring compliance standards.

- Experience on working with external and internal technology/solution providers.

- Should have ideally managed a complex tech product from ideation/conceptualization to growth.
