• Monitor student performance and implement strategies for academic improvement.
• Promote innovative teaching methods and encourage professional development among teachers.
• Manage school operations, including budgeting, staffing, and scheduling.
• Ensure the school complies with legal and educational policies.
• Handle admissions and enrollment processes effectively.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate teachers and other staff members.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Address staff concerns and mediate conflicts.
• Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all students.
• Promote programs that support students social, emotional, and physical well-being.
• Address student behavior and discipline issues constructively.
• Act as a liaison between the school, parents, and the wider community.
• Organize regular meetings with staff, parents, and stakeholders to keep them informed.
• Build partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and educational institutions.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and emergency plans.
• Address issues such as bullying, health emergencies, or natural disasters promptly.
• Evaluate school performance and make necessary improvements.
• Prepare reports for school boards, educational authorities, or other stakeholders.
• Uphold ethical standards and promote accountability within the school.
• Encourage participation in sports, arts, and other activities that enhance students’ holistic development.
• Support initiatives that celebrate cultural, environmental, and academic themes.
• Model the importance of continuous learning for both staff and students.
• Stay updated on the latest educational trends and technologies.
