Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager Luxury Sales


Location: Hybrid- Corporate Office at Ghatkopar East/ Field/ Site


Reporting To: AGM / Project Head


Role Overview: The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for assisƟng in the planning, implementation, and oversight of sales achieves for a high-end second home project at Alibaug. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for prospecƟve buyers, channel partners, and other stakeholders. They will be expected to help drive sales targets, maintain client relaƟonships, and coordinate closely with the markeƟng, operaƟons, and project teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.


Key Responsibilites: 1. Sales & Revenue GeneraƟon o Assist in meeting the projects sales targets by proactively converting leads into bookings. To Conduct site visits and presentations to prospective buyers, highlighting project USPs (roads, utilites infrastructure, amenities, gated community features).

2. Lead Management & Follow-up o Track and manage leads generated through different marketing channels (digital campaigns, channel partners, walk-ins, referrals). To Follow up promptly, conduct needs assessments, and address queries or concerns to nurture potential clients through the sales funnel.

3. Channel Partner & Realtor Coordination o Build strong relaƟonships with existing channel partners, brokers, and realtors. To Engage with new channel partners, brief them on project details, and ensure they are updated on pricing, availability, and offers.

4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, prospects, and sales achives using a CRM system.

5. Market & Competitor Analysis to Stay updated on real estate trends in Alibaug, the wider Mumbai area, and comparable tropical markets. Monitor competitor offerings, pricing, and marketing campaigns to help refine the projects value proposition.

6. Collaboration with MarkeƟng o Provide feedback and insights to the marketing team on lead quality and campaign effectiveness. To Participate in marketing achives and events (exhibitions, property fairs, open houses) to increase project visibility.

7. Reporting & Analytics o Prepare regular sales and performance reports for senior management. To Assist in forecasing revenue targets and budgeƟng for sales achives.

8. Customer Experience o Ensure high standards of customer service and a personalized approach in dealing with affluent clientele. o IdenƟfy areas for improving the customers journey from lead generaƟon to final purchase.


Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. A Masters degree (MBA) or specialized real estate diploma is a plus.

Experience: 24 years of experience in real estate sales, hospitality, luxury products, or related sectors. •

Communication Skills: Excellent wrtten and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in other regional languages is highly advantageous.

Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Trello, or similar).

Other Skills: o Strong negotiation and closing abilities. To Client-focused mindset with an ability to build long-term relationships. o Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.


Key Competencies: • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with a focus on high-ticket, high-end products or services. • Leadership & Teamwork: Capable of working in tandem with sales executives, marketing teams, and management. • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and adjustng strategies based on real-come feedback. • Analytical Thinking: Able to interpret sales data, market insights, and customer feedback to fine-tune the sales approach.
