- Design and develop process jigs and fixtures to optimize production processes.
- Collaborate closely with the production team to identify critical processes and enhance them with semi-automatic or automatic solutions.
- Implement POKA-YOKE systems to improve efficiency and reliability in manual processes.
- Identify potential industrial automation partners and develop in-house machines as needed.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelordegree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing manufacturing process improvements.
- Proficiency in CAD software for design and analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively across teams.
Key Knowledge : Auto CAD, Mechanical Fixture Designs, PLC, Motors, Cylinders
Language : English, Hindi, Tamil
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with POKA-YOKE and lean manufacturing principles.
- Knowledge of industrial automation technologies and machine development.
- Ability to manage projects from concept through implementation.
