Manager - Business Development (Africa Market)

Role & responsibilities

• Looking after Business Development activities for Africa Market for entire product portfolio.
• Developing and implementing strategic International Business Plans for the company by doing Market Research for assigned countries.
• Manage and develop strategic business relationship with new and existing Client and understand their business requirements.
• Following up with clients on regular basis via Mails, Calls and Zoom meeting.
• Handling the entire export process by coordinating with internal teams and ensuring the process goes smoothly.
• Assess international clients needs and present suitable promoted products.
• Provide product information and deliver product samples.
• Build positive trust relationships with client to influence targeted group in the decision-making process.
• Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback.
