Relationship Manager - Home Loans

Job Description:

• Sourcing for Home Loans, and cross-selling LAP & Business Loans to existing customers through renewals and fresh acquisitions.
• Responsible for empanelment of DSAs and acquiring customers for Home Loans from the open market and developer relationships.
• Responsible for establishing the organization s brand and managing sales and business development activities for Home Loans, focusing on affordable/mass affluent segments in the assigned locations.
• The incumbent is required to have good knowledge and understanding of the local affordable/mass affluent markets and PMAY. Responsible for the smooth functioning of the lending process at various stages such as inquiry, application, verification, pre-sanction processing of a loan, sanction, post-sanction documentation, disbursement of loan, collection, and new/existing customer service.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: Graduate
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Home Loans.
