Credit & Operations Officer

• Credit File Checking as a maker role. Disbursement Docket Checking for Solar, BL, PL, LAP, HL, SCF & Other loan products as a maker.
• Support to Doc Team HO as well as LMS entries for disbursement & other tasks as a maker role.
• Post Disbursement activities & Customer Service-related support to HO Ops.
• Rejection Letter dispatch & MIS, IPF, Login Fees management, and other Ops tasks as guided by HO Ops Team.
• Collecting the needed financial documentation and assessing the clients creditworthiness.
• Calculating and analyzing the risk ratios of clients based on their credit score and financial history.
• Approving or denying loan requests and communicating decisions to both clients and management.
• Setting up payment plans for clients, explaining monthly installment amounts, interest rates, and other costs.
• Maintaining records of loan applications using loan management software.
• Managing loan renewals by organizing follow-up meetings with clients.
• Monitoring the progress of the loan application process and relaying any hindrances to clients.
• Ensuring that loan applications comply with the company s financial policies, state laws, and regulations.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor s degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year s experience as an Operations Officer.
• Strong communication skills and proven customer service experience.
• Strong ethical behavior and the ability to work with sensitive financial information.
