Job Description

We are an Investment banking and Wealth management company specializing in providing tailored financial services including IPO consultancy, unlisted share trading, pre-IPO investments, PMS, AIF and mutual funds. Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and dynamic Sales person with to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through exceptional customer service and product knowledge. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and present solutions that align with their preferences and budget. Your role will also involve recommending investment product according to client requirement, with a focus on closing sales and maintaining long-term client relationships. Role Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our client base in the areas of IPO consultancy, unlisted share trading, pre-IPO investments, PMS, AIF and mutual fund services. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional value to our clients.


Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: o Identify and target potential clients, including institutional investors, high-networth individuals (HNWI), and corporate entities. o Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing personalized and strategic financial advice. o Develop and execute strategies to increase client acquisition in the IPO, unlisted share trading, pre-IPO investment, and mutual fund sectors. 2. Market Research & Analysis: o Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, competitor activity, and investment opportunities. o Stay updated on regulatory changes, market dynamics, and investment products to anticipate client needs and offer timely solutions. 3. Sales & Revenue Growth: o Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business goals. o Promote our services to potential clients and identify cross-selling opportunities within the firms product portfolio. o Prepare proposals, presentations, and financial models for potential clients.

4. Collaboration & Coordination: o Work closely with senior management and other departments (e.g., research, operations, compliance) to ensure alignment and smooth execution of services. o Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility, participate in events, and increase lead generation.

5. Deal Structuring & Negotiation: o Assist clients in understanding the intricacies of IPO processes, unlisted share trading, pre-IPO investment opportunities, and mutual funds. o Lead negotiations and assist in structuring deals that align with client objectives and regulatory standards.

6. Client Education & Presentations: o Conduct client meetings and presentations to explain various investment products, services, and benefits. o Host webinars, seminars, or other outreach initiatives to educate clients on market trends and investment opportunities.

7. Reporting & Documentation: o Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, sales activities, and business development efforts. o Prepare regular reports on sales pipeline, market opportunities, and business performance for senior management.


Required Qualifications & Skills: • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA or equivalent qualifications in finance are a plus
