Key Result Areas :

- Prospect Development: Identify and research potential new clients, markets, and growth opportunities.

- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions, including cold calling followed by a technical demo of our SAAS based hotel software over a video meet.

- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop pitches, proposals, and presentations to convert leads into clients.

- Market Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis, market trends research, and industry-specific studies to support the business development strategy.

- CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date records of all client interactions in the CRM, track progress, and ensure data accuracy.

- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and other teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.

Required Skills :

- Bachelors degree in Engineering i.e. B.Tech. (Mandatory)

- Prior experience in sales, business development, or similar roles is a definite plus.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
