Software Implementation Executive

Responsibilities

• Communicating with clients following the sale of software packages to collect data and other information required to implementation of the software.
• Communicating with clients throughout the software customization process to obtain feedback and approval.
• Customizing software systems based on clients individual needs and specifications.
• Scheduling training for the clients and make the training was done as needed by the clients.
• Work with managers and technical teams.
• Educating clients on how to use purchased software systems and features.
• Ensure software solutions meet client specifications and business goals.
• Identify and troubleshoot problems.
• Perform data analysis.
• Determine how well the new implementations are working.
• Ensuring that the project team is aware of key deliverables and project milestones.
• Coordinate and follow-up with customer to smooth.

Required skills

• College degree and/or extensive work experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated/self-starter with strong initiative to succeed
