Job Description
Role : Sustainability Trainee Unit / Division : Sustainability Location: Pithampur
Summary of the Role:
To coordinate and prepare and maintain the data for various sustainability projects . Prepare MIS etc.
Details of the Job :

• Collect the Data from various agencies
• Prepare the Monthly , weekly reports
• Work closely with Plant head and sustainability officer
• Work Closely with Sustainability in charge and make sure that all monthly report are prepared in time
• Monitor the progress of projects after discussing with various leaders
• Identify the areas to reduce the consumption of natural resources
• Coordinate with the various project teams for support the execution of projects by understanding, discussing, projects progress as per plan, escalation.
• Conduct small group trainings on sustainability
• Validate the project actions wrt planned results
• Ensure legal compliance wrt environmental requirements are as per consent conditions and prevailing legal requirements
• Support for operation of STP and ETP

Technical Requirements :

• Graduate in Environment Science / Post Graduate in Environment science

Behavioural Requirements:

• Be a team player who can work with other teams as well as keep his own team
• Well-mannered and articulate
• Can work with peers across supporting functions
