Job Description
- Act as the lead point of contact for all batch-related activities in the CMS and FMS modules.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to the support team, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement process improvements for batch operations.
- Monitor, manage, and maintain batch jobs in the Vision Plus CMS application.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to batch job failures, performance, and exceptions.
- Provide L3 support for the Vision Plus CMS application.
- Analyse and resolve issues, escalating to development teams if required.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs for incident resolution.
- Work on enhancements, debugging, and maintenance of Vision Plus applications.
- Provide support for CMS-specific functionalities, customizations, and updates.
- up and maintain batch job monitoring tools.
- Prepare reports on batch performance, system health, and issue resolution statistics.
