Teradata Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Teradata-based data models, databases, and data solutions.
• Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
• Design and implement ETL processes using Teradata utilities (e. g. , BTEQ, MLoad, FastLoad).
• Optimize SQL queries for performance, ensuring scalability and efficiency of the Teradata system.
• Collaborate with data architects and other team members to design and implement data warehousing solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and design technical solutions for data processing and reporting.
• Provide support for data migration and integration projects.
• Ensure data quality and consistency through thorough testing and validation.
• Work with the team to ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance and data issues in the Teradata environment.
