Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Data Center Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience managing enterprise-level infrastructure, networking, and security systems. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic planning to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of our data center operations.

Key Responsibilities

Study, Identify and report the gaps in the current data centre setup

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in data centre operations and infrastructure management
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP) and network security principles
• Hands-on experience with enterprise firewall platforms (Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortinet)
• Proficiency in network monitoring tools and automation frameworks
• Knowledge of best practices in data centre security and compliance (ISO 27001, SOC 2)

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Security+)
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with containerization and orchestration platforms
• Background in implementing SD-WAN solutions
