We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Data Analytics and Visualization Specialist on a part-time basis.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Data Analytics and Visualization Specialist with advanced expertise in Power BI. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and presenting KPI dashboard reports that track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for our RCM services. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of data visualization best practices and the ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive KPI dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Create weekly and monthly performance reports for RCM services, ensuring they are clear, concise, and actionable.
• Analyze and visualize key performance metrics, including billing performance, submission times, posting days, and denials management trends.
• Provide insights into trends and patterns to help improve business decision-making.
• Work closely with the operations team to understand data requirements and translate them into visual reports.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in the data and dashboard design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting processes and performance tracking.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
• Strong knowledge of data visualization principles and best practices.
• Experience creating and automating KPI dashboards and reports.
• Ability to handle large datasets and perform data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver error-free reports.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly RCM services, is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights in a clear and understandable manner.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently on a part-time basis.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with SQL, Excel, or other data analysis tools.
• Experience in the healthcare or RCM industry is a bonus.
