Job Description
- Understand the assembly processes of various sub assemblies.
- Design and development of subassembly stations
- Design n development of special material handling equipments and conveyors
- Work study and time study of the assembly process
- Sub assembly station Layout optimization
- Communicate with vendors and support the team for procurement of above related components
- Work Ergonomics, Safety and 5S implementation.
What we re looking for:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, ergonomics, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) for designing layouts and equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for vendor coordination and team collaboration.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and 5S methodology is a plus
