SAP SD Functional Consultant - Implementation & Support

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Senior Sales and Distribution (SD) Functional Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP SD module and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP SD solutions to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and implementation of SAP SD solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and best practices.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and technical teams, to gather and analyze business requirements.

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and design documents.

- Configure and customize the SAP SD module to meet the specific needs of the business.

- Conduct system testing, including integration and user acceptance testing, to ensure the solution meets business requirements.

- Provide support and troubleshooting for SAP SD-related issues, including analyzing and resolving system errors and data issues.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.

- Train and mentor junior consultants and end-users on SAP SD processes and best practices.

- Stay current with SAP SD technologies and industry trends, continuously improving the SAP SD environment and processes.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience as an SAP SD Functional Consultant, with a minimum of 10 years in SAP SD implementation and support.

- Strong understanding of SAP SD module, including sales order processing, pricing, billing, and shipping.

- Experience with SAP SD integration with other SAP modules, such as MM, FI, and PP.

- Proficiency in SAP SD configuration, including creating and maintaining customer master data, sales documents, and pricing conditions.

- Knowledge of SAP best practices and experience with SAP ASAP methodology.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications.

- Knowledge of EDI and IDoc processing in SAP SD.

- Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

- Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
