Position: US Healthcare Process Associate (Night Shift)
Location: Saidapet-old no.21 new no. 41,3rd FLOOR,VLV COMPLEX,MOUNT , Chennai, Tamilnadu, India
Experience: Freshers (Graduates from 2021-2024) Only Freshers

Key Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (2021-2024).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to work in night shifts.
• Comfortable with calling and handling customer interactions.
• Basic understanding of US healthcare processes (preferred but not mandatory).
• Quick learner with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls related to US healthcare processes.
• Assist patients, providers, or insurance representatives with queries.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all interactions.
• Meet quality and productivity benchmarks.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to healthcare compliance standards.
