Data Entry Operator

Job Overview.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Operator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data into our systems.

This role requires a high level of attention to detail, speed, and the ability to manage large volumes of information efficiently.

Key Responsibilities.

Accurately inputting and updating data into databases and systems.

Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any inconsistencies.

Verifying and validating data entries for accuracy and completeness.

Managing and organizing records, documents, and files.

Collaborating with team members to resolve data-related issues.

Meeting daily/weekly production goals and deadlines.

Performing backups to ensure data preservation.

Generating reports and summaries as required.

Requirements.

Minimum Senior Secondary ; additional qualifications in data entry or related field are a plus.

Proven experience as a data entry operator or in a similar position.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and data entry software.

Fast typing speed and exceptional accuracy.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to handle confidential information.

Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
