.Net Lead (4-8 yrs)

Responsibilities :

1. Software Development Lifecycle Management :

- Oversee the design, development, and testing of software upgrades, ensuring quality and functionality.

- Design and implement testing protocols for existing systems, maintaining system integrity.

- Lead the software development team through the entire agile Scrum delivery process.

2. Technical Leadership & Collaboration :

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for development and production environments.

- Collaborate with internal teams and product owners to define requirements and ensure alignment.

- Work closely with the security team to address vulnerabilities and maintain a secure infrastructure.

3. Technical Expertise :

- Possess a deep understanding of .NET technologies (.NET Framework, ASP.NET, VB.NET) and experience with IBM DB2.

- Administer and manage Windows Server environments (2012, 2016, 2018), including server setup and upgrades.

- Document system architecture and APIs for clear understanding and future development.

- Demonstrate strong proficiency in debugging, problem-solving, and troubleshooting complex software issues.

- We are looking for someone who can oversee the company s technical team and all projects they undertake as a .NET Technical Lead, you can analyze briefs, write progress reports, identify risks, and develop work schedules

You are all set to :

- Lead your team in developing business solutions through configuration and software development.

- Take responsibility for designing, coding, unit testing, building, deploying, and supporting application software.

- Collaborate with analysts and architects to define the technical direction.

- This requires a deep understanding of the business requirements that drive the analysis and design of these technical solutions.

- 4+ years experience in .Net programming.

- 4+ years experience working with and scaling relational databases preferably Microsoft SQL Server 2012 or higher.

- Experience in web design and development using Microsoft Technologies (.Net 4.5 or higher).

- Experience with at least four of C#, .Net Core, ASP.Net, ADO.NET, MVC, jQuery and Angular/React and object-oriented design principles.

- Experience with at least two of Web Services, RESTful API, WCF and Web API s and windows services.

- Experience with data modelling, database design, querying, performance tuning etc.

Qualifications :

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- 4 to 8 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET technologies.

- Proven experience in Agile development methodologies (Scrum preferred).

- Experience with development, testing, and troubleshooting software applications.

- Solid understanding of Windows Server administration and security best practices.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for continuous improvement
