What are we looking for
We are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to enhance revenue processes, optimize quoting and billing workflows, and provide data-driven insights. This role will work closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure seamless revenue operations using Salesforce CPQ Revenue Cloud .
What will you do in RamSoft
- Analyze revenue trends, billing accuracy, and sales performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
- Streamline pricing, quoting, and revenue recognition processes in collaboration with Sales and Finance teams.
- Ensure accuracy in order-to-cash processes, revenue reconciliation, and data integrity across systems.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Salesforce, Excel, and BI tools to track sales performance, bookings, and revenue projections.
- Optimize revenue operations by identifying inefficiencies and automating processes.
What will you bring RamSoft
- Experience: 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Finance, or a related field.
- Salesforce Expertise: Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ Revenue Cloud is required.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and reporting skills with Excel, SQL, or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Process Optimization: Ability to enhance efficiency in revenue workflows.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally with key teams.
