What are we looking for
We are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to enhance revenue processes, optimize quoting and billing workflows, and provide data-driven insights. This role will work closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure seamless revenue operations using Salesforce CPQ Revenue Cloud .
What will you do in RamSoft
Analyze revenue trends, billing accuracy, and sales performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
Streamline pricing, quoting, and revenue recognition processes in collaboration with Sales and Finance teams.
Ensure accuracy in order-to-cash processes, revenue reconciliation, and data integrity across systems.
Develop dashboards and reports using Salesforce, Excel, and BI tools to track sales performance, bookings, and revenue projections.
Optimize revenue operations by identifying inefficiencies and automating processes.
What will you bring RamSoft
Experience: 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Finance, or a related field.
Salesforce Expertise: Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ Revenue Cloud is required.
Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and reporting skills with Excel, SQL, or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Process Optimization: Ability to enhance efficiency in revenue workflows.
Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally with key teams.
