Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Chemical Sales Specialist / Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will play a key role in identifying potential customers, developing strong business relationships, and promoting our products. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a Chemical / Science / Marketing background who thrives in a customer-facing role and is eager to contribute to our company's growth.

1) Identify potential customers and establish relationships to promote and sell the company's products.

2) Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, offering technical advice, and ensuring satisfaction.

3) Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers to drive sales while ensuring profitability.

4) Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring both customer acquisition and retention.

5) Collaborate with internal teams to align customer needs with company offerings.

Work effectively under pressure with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.

Preferred candidate profile

1) Graduate in Science, Chemistry, or Marketing (preferred).

2) Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.

3) Proficient in MS Office and internet usage.

4) Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and nurture relationships with customers and internal teams.

5) High moral standards and respect for the company's values and mission.

EMPLOYEMENT CONDITION :

1) A valid driving license and two-wheeler is mandatory for this role.

2) Training duration: 90 to 180 days

3) Stipend during the training period: ₹15,000 per month, & travel expenses.

4) The company reserves the right to offer direct employment during or after the training period, based on performance.

5) Post - training, compensation details will be shared based on evaluation.
