Qa Intern

Role & responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software applications.
• Perform manual and automated testing for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
• Report defects and issues found during testing, track them to resolution, and work closely with the development team.
• Assist in performing regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with team members to improve test coverage, test processes, and tools.
• Support the QA team in ensuring that software releases meet the defined quality standards.
• Review software requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure they are testable.

Preferred candidate profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of software development processes and quality assurance methodologies.
• Familiarity with manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, or other testing frameworks) is a plus.
